With this project, we aim to inspire our valued clients who live in rental properties. Yes, it is absolutely possible to transform a rental into a space that reflects your taste and personality.
The spacious living area and the stunning panoramic view of Buda are exceptional features of this rental. However, the tenant needed the expertise of interior designer Léna Lehoczky to turn it into a home worth falling in love with. Léna began the planning by organizing the expansive space. Where should the living area go with its sofa, TV, and bookshelves? Where would the large dining table fit? And where could they carve out a home office corner in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic? Naturally, the layout of the kitchen provided the answers—placing the dining table with soft green chairs closer to it.
Next came the question of focal points, of which there were room for two in this large space. The interior makes an immediate strong impression as you step inside. In the dining area, a large contemporary painting was placed above a sideboard. Meanwhile, in the living area, bold red ginger motifs adorn the walls painted in a soothing grayish-beige hue.
High, spacious rooms call for dramatic lighting. To create a breathtaking effect, fan-shaped lamps reminiscent of women's hats hang in the living room, complemented by bronze-colored, shimmering glass pendants in the dining area.
