A cozy, minimalist corner apartment in one of the city's most dynamically developing districts, where the complete transformation of the urban fabric began several years ago.
Neglected tenement houses and vacant parking areas have been demolished, making way for the rapidly growing modern condominium buildings. Interior designer Tímea Szarka was commissioned to design a corner apartment in one of these buildings and was given complete creative freedom to do so.
The client envisioned an interior that would be suitable for long-term rental and later serve the future owners during their university years. The entire apartment is characterized by a grey color scheme, with the almost timeless hue being contrasted by the genuine oak veneer table from IDdesign, which has become the focal point of the space. The neutral base allows for easy customization, with vibrant-toned decorative and textile accessories that can be adapted to suit anyone's personal style and needs.
