Our client was looking for design furniture for their downtown apartment that was both modern and unique, while also considering the 30 m² size of the space.
The apartment was intended for rental, and the client’s primary requirement was to offer a high-quality space with furniture that was durable, resistant, and stylish. After assessing the apartment’s features, we decided on an industrial loft-style design, which our male client fully agreed with!
Given the apartment’s small size, practicality was a key factor in the design. For example, the Splitback sofa, which can be transformed into a bed, ensures comfort for guests or family members when they visit. The sofa's style adds a unique touch to the space and provides a comfortable seating area in all situations. The industrial-style Braza bistro table not only fits the interior in terms of design and materials but also has the perfect size for creating a small dining area in the studio apartment. We paired it with yellow faux leather OMG chairs, which look incredibly elegant against the anthracite walls and are echoed in the brass tones of the light fixtures, unifying the overall look.
A notable feature of the apartment is the consistency of materials throughout different spaces. For example, we suggested incorporating a lamp table from the same family as the coffee table, so the piece from the living room could also appear in the bedroom as a nightstand. Similarly, the kitchen’s tile backsplash is mirrored in the bathroom, creating a cohesive feel throughout the home. The project was exciting, the client was bold, and let the finished interior images speak for themselves!
