IDdesign Loyalty Program - Detailed Description
The purpose of the loyalty program is to provide discounts to our customers using points collected during regular purchases. Below we will explain in detail how the program works and how you can participate in it.
1. How the loyalty program works
- Participation conditions: Only registered users can participate in the loyalty program.
- Point collection: After every purchase, you receive loyalty points, the amount of which depends on the value of the purchase. You can use the points as a discount during your next purchases.
- Discounts: By redeeming your loyalty points, you can get your favorite products at a discount.
2. Using loyalty points
As a registered customer, you can use the collected loyalty points on the Cart page to make purchases at a discount.
- Checkout: You can log in to your account at any time to view the number of your available loyalty points and their expiration date.
- Redeeming points: On the Cart page, you can decide how many points you would like to redeem for a given order. Simply enter the amount you wish to use in the appropriate field.
3. How can you collect points?
- Point values: You get 1 loyalty point for every 100 HUF spent.
- Product point values: On each product page in the webshop, we indicate how many points you can collect by purchasing a given product.
- Validity: You can use the collected points for 365 days from the date of their acquisition.
- The points will be credited after the order is completed.
4. Redeem points
- Value: 1 loyalty point = 1 HUF discount.
- Rules of use: You can use the points to buy almost any product.
- Redemption is not possible for: Izipizi, notagab, Printworks, 24bottles products.
- Points can be used for orders over HUF 20,000, up to 20% of the total amount.
- Points cannot be used for sale products.
- No loyalty points will be credited for shipping costs and the credited loyalty points cannot be redeemed for them.
